If the end goal is to sell smart websites or features businesses don't have on their current website, such as AI voice chat, we should have those features already functioning on our directory website.

The ability to update or add the "Business Tag" (the SDAI Tag for categorization on the SDAI site - not the GHL "tag") in bulk in Contacts would be immensely helpful. Currently, this must be done manually one-by-one and is a tedious time suck. This will be helpful when adding a second Business Tag to a listing (for instance, you might have a tag for 'Spa' but another for the 'city/location'), or updating tags if a change is needed, etc.

It's gotten incredibly tough to get A2P approved, and this would help greatly, since we need to provide them with the actual form people complete. Please add the following disclaimer to the "Add New Business" (top right click) form at the bottom: *If a phone number is provided, you agree to receive SMS notifications & alerts from [business name]. These may included both marketing as well as account verification messages. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP at any time for assistance. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time." It would also be quite helpful if it was also added to the smaller registration form. (with or without the links to service/terms)See Image:

Ability to direct users to a premium upgrade page after they add or claim a listing

I think we need a new trigger workflow whenever a claim is submitted by the user/contact. Should include a confirmation to the contact and a notification to the admin.

The business owner knows their business best, so they should be the one choosing the Business Tag / Sub-Category that they want their business listed in.
