DEFINITELY let them select. It would be great to make it so that the number they can select is tied to the plan. For example, FREE plans can only have 1 category, but paid plans, we can set how many they can add. Premium might be up to 5 for example.

We should probably limit how many they can choose so they don't simply select them all to give themselves the most visibility
