Change order of the blog posts

Right now the oldest blog post is appearing first. I would like to have it so the newest shows first. Also, it would be amazing if we could have a way to feature blog posts. For example, our site is www.whatsinmass.com. I have written a blog about all the things to do while visiting Cape Cod. I will write one for each of the areas of MA. I would love to have them featured so when someone comes to the site, it will show each of those first. I plan to contact each of the businesses listed in the blog and get them to sign up for a premium listing so I can showcase them as well, but it would be really helpful to have the blog posts that emphasize things to do in MA to be featured on the first page right below the search bar after the cover image.

since only three show up at a time on the home page - it would be more dynamic and engaging if they show up as newest first. So that the page always looked fresh. they currently show up in the order posted and if a business doesn't delete their post, it will be on the home page forever as the first listing.

Yes, I currently can't offer monthly posts as I'd like due to this display problem. Should be an easy fix...don't understand why it hasn't been updated yet!

This is a MUST do ASAP. Leaving the oldest ones first is a serious grievance to anyone who is actively posting blogs. It will ultimately turn users away from posting which devalues the premium options.
