Ability to Put Terms and Privacy Policy in Footer of Site

Right now we have to add the "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" as a page. It takes up valuable space on the top menu. Need the ability to add a link in the footer for these items, which is common practice on most websites.

I agree with this. All websites need to have this. I also would like to add to this that we must be able to add accessibility protocols since many states require it.
