The URL structure needs an overhaul. The categories, business listing names, etc. should reflect in the URL structure for SEO purposes. Right now every category and business listing has random characters at the end which is not good for SEO.

Absolutely. This is my biggest concern right now with migrating my AGM from Wordpress. Wordpress makes SEO easy.
